石棉增强复合材料的研究——Ⅰ.石棉表面处理效果的初步考察

【摘要】 用改性环氧树脂和经AT型表面处理剂处理的石棉纤维来制取增强塑料。制件的断口形貌表明有明显的纤维开松效果。从表面能的计算、断口形貌观察以及从制件的力学性能与热膨胀行为等的分析,表明树脂基体对石棉纤维的浸润性获得了改善,显示出本体系中AT型处理剂具有纤维开松与偶联的协同效果。

【Abstract】 Asbestos fiber treated with AT-type surface treatment agents and modified epoxy resins are compounded for manufacturing reinforced polymer composites. To account for the loosening efficiency of AT agents for asbestos fiber,the cross-sectional topograpty of the samples are examined with scanning electron microscopy. In addition to calculate surface energy of the composites and analgze mechanical properties and thermoexpansion behavior of these composites, it concludes that AT type agents make improvement in wetting epo-xy resins on asbestos fibril and obtain synergistic effect on imcompactness for asbestos fiber and coupling for the composites.
