用EVA作PVC改性剂的研究

【摘要】 乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物(EVA)是PVC主要的改性剂之一,其原材料来源丰富,价格较低廉,耐候性良好,因而具有良好的开发前景。本文对不同牌号的EVA改善PVC树脂加工流变性能,提高PVC硬制品抗冲击强度和钙塑材料应用等进行了系统的研究,结果表明EVA44/74对PVC熔体粘度改善效果明显,用EVA44/74对PVC进行共混改性,使PVC硬制品的抗冲击强度速65.13kg-cm/cm~2,电子显微镜观察指出存在“海—岛”结构。

【Abstract】 EVA(Ethylene-Vinylacetate)is one of the impact modifiers for PVC.EVA has ample resources of raw materials,and it is cheap,good weather-resistant,thus it has a wonderful developing prospect.In this paper,EVAs of different VA/E ratios were used to improve the processing properties and impact strengths of hard PVC products. In addition CaCO8 was also used here as a filler in PVC to reduce the costs of products. The experiments, showed that EVA 44/74 improved markably the viscosity of PVC melt,and the impact strength of the blend of the EVA wit PVC would achieve a high value of 65.13 kg.cm/ cm2. The electronic microscope examination showed the existence of the "isle" structure in the PVC/EVA blends.
