固化时非收缩性单体的制备及固化物性能
PREPARATION OF CURABLE NONSHRINKED MONOMER AND PERFORMANCE OF CURED RESINS
【摘要】 本文叙述以“618”环氧树脂与Υ-丁内酯为原料,在BF3OEt2催化作用下合成双螺环酯。研究了原料配比、反应时间、催化剂用量、溶剂种类对Υ-丁内酯转化率的影响,测试了双螺环酯的酸酐固化物的体积变化和粘接强度。结果表明,该单体在聚合时体积收缩基本为零,具有较高的剥离强度。
【Abstract】 In this paper, a preparation of monomer containing bis-trioxaspiro-nonane structure obtained from E-51 epoxy resin and γ-butyrolactone in the presence of BF8. Ether complex as catalyst is discribed. The effects of mole ratio, reaction time, amount of catalyst and kind of solvent on conversion ratio of butyrolactone has been investigated and the monomer was identified by IR, MS etc. The volume change and adhesive strength of the monomer cured with anhydride was measured. It has been found that the volume strinkage of the monomer during curing is equal to zero fundamentally and the cured resin has quite stronger peeling strength.
