【Abstract】 This paper considers it unreasonable that 2·2^1/2 U_N is to be the permissible strength level of the insulation between poles of capacitor. The overvoltages caused by switcher’s restiking and their happening probability should be considered. We can use several protection modes in the defferent cases. This paper also analyses the effcts of the different protection modes and presents new protection modes.更多还原
