N-对甲苯基甲基丙烯酰胺的合成及与甲基丙烯酸甲酯共聚合的研究

【摘要】 本文合成了N-对甲苯基甲基丙烯酰胺(N-p-TMA),用IR和NMR进行了表征。制得了N-p-TMA与甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)的共聚体,给出了共聚体的IR和NMR谱。用核磁共振测得N-p-TMA-与-MMA共聚合的竞聚率γN-p-TMA=0.78±0.02,γMMA=1.43±0.02。用热机械曲线测出了共聚体的Tg和Tt,并发现Tg和Tl值随着共聚体中酰胺含量的增加而升高。
【Abstract】 The N-p-Tolylmethacrylamide(N-p-TMA)was synthesized by the reaction of p-methylaniline with methacryloyl chloride in the presence of triethylamine.The new monomer was characterized by I.R. and 1H-NMR method.The N-p-TMA-co-,MMA bulk copolymers were prepared and characterized by means of I.R. and 1H NMR methods.The reactivity ratios of the N-p-TMA ,and MMA were obtained respectively from the FINEMAN-ROSS plots (γ1 - 1.43±0.02 for MMA; rz =0.78 ±0.02 for N-p-TMA) by 1H NMR -method.The glass-transition temperature (Tg) and flow temperature (Tf) of the copoly-mer were determined by temperature-deformation curve. When the amount of the N-p-TMA changes from 2.6% to 28.7%. T, and Tt increase from 122.5℃ to 133.0℃ and from 165.0℃ to 174.5℃ respectively.The N-p-TMA-co-M’MA bulk copolymer is transparent. In comparison with PMMA homopolymer, the copolymer is harder; when the amount of N-p-TMA in the copolymer increases from 2.6% to 28.7%, the hardness of the bulk copolymer increases from 19.2kg/cm2 to 26.3kg/cm2.
