叶片倾斜对叶栅气动特性的影响及其控制二次流损失机理的实验研究

【摘要】 通过小径高比环形透平静叶栅的吹风实验,探讨了在不同径高比和外壁扩张角叶栅中,采用倾斜叶片,对叶栅气动特性的影响。为排除离心惯性力对静压沿叶高分布的干扰,仅研究叶片倾斜效应,在矩形透平叶栅实验模型中,测得了叶片表面特別是负压面近喉部表面静压沿叶高的分布,揭示了叶片倾斜控制二次流损失的机理。

【Abstract】 By the blasting tests for annular turbine stator cascades with small diameter-blade height ratios, the effect of blade leaning on cascade aerodynamic characterises in the cascades with different diameter-blade height ratios and different outer wall divergent angles was discussed. In order to remove the influence of the force of centrifugal inertia on static pressure distribution along blade height and only study the effect of blade leaning, in the rectangular turbine cascade experimental models the static pressure distribution along blade height on blade surfaces, especially on suction surfaces near throat was measured, and the mechanism of controlling secondary flow losses was revealed.
