广州地区工、农高血压、冠心病和脑卒中发病与膳食关系的初步研究

【摘要】 <正> 为了进一步研究营养与高血压、冠心病(CHD)和脑卒中的关系,我们于1982年和1983年秋季对广州造船厂(工人)和番禺大石(农民)535人进行膳食调查,现将结果报告如下。

【Abstract】 The results of this study show that the low incidence of hypertension, coronary heart disease and apoplexy in workers and peasants in Guangzhous district is closely correlated with the contents of their diets, the characteristics of the diets are the following:1.The total taken calories and the physiological rcguirement are keeping balance.2. Low salt, low fat and low cholesteral in their diet.3. Optimal proportion of carbohydrate, protein and fat in diet.4. Diets rich in vegetable fiber and protein, were a mixed and multiple food, thus, the preventive effects against the cardiovascular diseases was mentioned in this paper.
