黔型小麦雄性不育系及其保持系花药和花粉发育的细胞形态学观察

【摘要】 本试验通过对黔型小麦雄性不育系及其保持系花药和花粉发育过程进行细胞形态学的观察和分析,初步查明雄性不育性属于细胞质雄性不育性(CMS),在小孢子发育早期以前,不育花药和花粉的发育,90%以上与保持系相似,是正常的,只有少数表现异常,异常现象有:药室合并、花粉母细胞解体、染色体行为异常、畸形四分体和绒毡层细胞提前解体。不育系花粉的败育,在小孢子发育的各个时期都有发生,但败育的关键时期,是在小孢子发育后期,小孢子不能进入雄配子体发育阶段而彻底败育。

【Abstract】 In this investigation the anthers and pollens of Qianxing wheat male sterile and sterility maintainer lines were abserved and analysed with their developments. It has been showed that the male sterility of Qianxing wheat is CMS. Before the commencement of microsporogencsis, more than 90% of the anthers and pollens of Qianxing wheat male sterile, developed in the similar manner to that of maintainer lines, and only a few of them revealed various abnormalities were as follows, the abnormal fusion of anther chambers, the disorganization of pollen mother cells, the abnormality of chromsome behavious, the malformed tetrad, the tapetal cells, disorganized for microsporgenesis. The pollen aborting in male sterille lines might occer in various stages of microsporogenesis. However, the degeneration of pollen at later stage of microsporgensis of male sterile lines was the critical stage, the microspores at this stage failed to carry on their male gametogenesis in any cases.
