煤氧枪强化电炉冶炼

【摘要】 本文介绍煤氧枪强化电炉冶炼工业性试验及测定结果,并讨论了煤氧枪强化电炉冶炼的热工特点。试验结果证明,电耗大幅度降低,冶炼时间显著缩短。煤氧枪的作用发挥得好坏,关键在于煤氧枪设计,以及控制喷煤量和煤氧化。

【Abstract】 In the article, the industrial test on intensifying melting process of electric arc furnace with coal-oxygen burner and the results of cold experiment are introduced. The thermotechnical property of the intensifying process is discussed as well. The results of industrial test show that both electricity consumption and the time of melting are reduced remarkably. The efficiency of the burner depends upon its design, control of injected coal and proper ratio between coal and oxygen.
