【摘要】 本文详细介绍了双层卷焊管的生产工艺,对主要生产工序——带钢的镀铜、带钢的边缘处理、带钢的成型和双层卷焊管的焊接进行了系统研究。结果表明,所采用的设备和工艺参数是基本成功的;所建立的成型理论可以保证成型方法的高效率;成品管的性能完全符合标准规定。从而为我国在直缝焊管机组上自行设计、生产双层卷焊管提供了新的工艺。更多还原

【Abstract】 This article deals with production technology for the welded tubes of double coil tube (WTDC). A systematic study was carried out on the process: copper plating, edge treating and forming and on the welding process of WTDC. The results show that the equipment and technological parameters used for WTDC are basically successful, and that the authors’ forming theory can gurantee the forming process highly efficient, the quality of finished tubes can fully meet the standards. Hence, a new process technology is developed and can be used for design and production of WTDC in the existing straight seam welded tube mills.更多还原
