【摘要】 用电子强力仪对蚕茧的静态解舒张力(胶着力)进行测定,获得紫和蓝萤光色茧的解舒较黄、白萤光色茧差,并得到以下结论:1.落绪的原因取决于胶着力峰值的大小和频数,而不是平均胶着力,多点胶着群峰值会大于正常值的数倍;2.紫、蓝块斑萤光色茧有更大的胶着力峰值和频数,其落绪概率也大,可望利用萤光技术快速检测蚕茧的解舒质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 The static peeling tension of cocoons is investigated by virtue of their different fluores-sence colours with an electric strength tester. The cause is found out for that the cocoonswith purple, blue, or spot fluorescence colours exhibit a lower peeling ability than that ofthe cocoons with yellowish white fluorescence colours. The results show that: 1. The reasonfor drop ends depends on the magnitude and frequency of the peak value of peeling tension,rather than the mean value of the tension. The peak peeling value is manifold greater thanthe normal peeling value, owing to the prescence of multi-point agglutimate groups. 2. Co-coons with purple, blue, or, spot fluorescence colours exhibit even higher peak value andfrequency, hence even higher drop end probability. 3. Since the drop end probability ofthese cocoons is so high, it is possible to fast measure cocoon’s peeling properties by meansof fluorescence technolgy.更多还原
