多阶半微分电分析法测定痕量亚硝酸根离子

【摘要】 本文采用2.5次微分电分析法,以NO2-离子与对氨基苯磺酸重氮化反应为基础,建立一个简便、灵敏、快速测定痕量亚硝酸盐的方法。NO2-离子浓度在10ppb-780ppb范围内有良好线性关系,大量NO3-离子存在不关扰,用于水样或蔬菜中测定,回收率可达94-103%。

【Abstract】 In order to determine the trace amount of NO2- ion by the 2. 5th order dif- ferential electroanalysis, the ideal electrolyte should be PH1. 5 Britton-Robinson universal buffer solution-1*10-3M sulfanilic acid. The wave form was found to be very sharp. The linear calibration curve was obtained for 10ppb-780ppb. The mean recovery rate of nitrite was 94-103%. It is found that the exstence of a large amount of nitrate to not come to interfere under the experimental condi- tions.
