三座标测量机误差修正的研究

【摘要】 应用计算机对三座标测量机的误差修正进行研究,提出误差修正的点阵计算法,建立误差修正的数学模型,编制了程序,并以A221三座标测量机为例进行了模拟修正,使测点的座标误差可以控制在2μm内。为提高检测的精度和速度,设计了一种新的检具──移动球检具.

【Abstract】 This paper concerns with the error correction for the CMMs by a compute- r. The lattice computation is proposed and the mathematical model of error correction formulated and programmed. As an example the model of error corr- ection for A221 CMMs is used. The coordinate error of measuring point can be controlled within two microns. It has been found that the new method is very useful. In order to improve the accuracy and the rate of detection, a new dete- cting device-translational ball detector-is being designed.
