六氟苯(C6F6)体系中氧对正子素(Ps)寿命的影响

【摘要】 本工作研究了溶解在六氟苯(C6F6)中的氧对正子素(Ps)寿命的影响。分别得到了在C6F6中三重态正电子素(O-Ps)的原始摘除寿命τ30=4.15 ns;氧猝灭O-Ps的速率常数kO2=1.8×1010(1mol-1s-1);三重态激发分子3(C6F6)猝灭O-Ps的速率常数k3(C6F6)=1.7×1010(1mol-1s-1),以及六氟苯体系中三重态激发分子3(C6F6)猝灭O-Ps的贡献。结果表明:3(C6F6)对O-Ps寿命的影响并不很大。

【Abstract】 Under examination of the effect of oxygen on the lifetime(τ3) ofortho-positronium (O-Ps) in perfluorobenzene system, it is found that the effect ofoxygen on τ3 in C6F6 is not marked when Po2 is less than 9.3×103 Pa, but the τ3is decreased markedly as Po2 increases. The experimental results show that the effectof excited molecule 3(C6F6) on the τ3 of O-Ps is small. The kinetic calculation has been performed. The results demonstrate that the fol-lowing reactions take place in above system:C6F6+O-Ps→C6F6+P-Ps3(C6F6*+O-Ps→1(C6F6*+P-Ps3O2+O-Ps→1O2+P-Ps3O2+3(C6F6*1(C6F6*+1O3*hv2O3 The values of the original pick-off lifetime(τ80) of O-Ps, K(3O2+O-Ps), andK(3(C6F6*+O-Ps)have been evaluated, 4. 15ns, 1. 8×1010(1·mol-1·s-1) and 1. 7×1010(1. mol-1·s-1), respectively.
