整体照射后淋巴细胞的免疫效应Ⅰ,狗内、外照射后血淋巴细胞的免疫效应
EFFECTS OF LYMPHOCYTE IMMUNE OF PERIPHERAL BLOOD AFTER WHOLE BODY IRRADIATION OF DOGS
【摘要】 本文应用ET,ZC3和淋巴细胞功能等测量方法,观察狗一次大剂量照射和232Th(NO3)4中毒后的血淋巴细胞的免疫效应。
【Abstract】 In this paper the effects of Cellular immunity reaction after wholeBody irradiation of dogs were examined by counting. T. B cells in peripheral bloodand determining function of incorpration of 3H-TdR. 1. Effects of Cellular immunity of dogs after 60Co whole body irradiation withlethal dose. The dogs after irradiation were sampled on the 1 st, 3 rd, 6 th, 10 th and 13 thday, respectively, and compared with the dogs without irradiation. The results sho-wed that the number of T. B cells in irradiation group declined rapidly from the 1 stday after irradiation. It was decreased to 38.5% and 28.5%. The incorporation func-tion of 3H-TdR was suppressed seriously. The stimulation index reached to zero valueon the 6 th day after irradiation and began to recover from the 10 th day after ir-radiation. 2. The effects of cellular immunity of dogs after treatment with 2 and 350 timesthe maximum permisible dose of thorium. The results showed that there was no significant difference of cellular immunefunction between the large dosage group and control group, but the cellular immunefunction in the small dosage group was three times as large as that in control group.This indicated that the small dosage of irradiation might stimulate the immune pro-liferation of animals.
