辐射交联聚氯乙烯绝缘材料的研究Ⅰ.多官能团单体和增塑剂的影响

【摘要】 本文对交联PVC绝缘材料的研制作了初步探索,着重在多官能团单体和增塑剂的选择作了研究。选用不用多官能团单体和增塑剂添加在PVC配方中,进行了辐射交联的研究,测定了各种单体不同添加量和增塑剂,辐射剂量对交联PVC的凝胶分数、体积电阻系数、热老化失重以及机械性能的影响,找出了不同单体和增塑剂对交联PVC绝缘材料性能的影响关系。初步确定了对多官能团单体的品种,用量和增塑剂选择,并对各项性能作了对比讨论。

【Abstract】 In this paper, the crosslinking PVC of insulation materials, especiallythe selection of multifunctional monomers and plasticizers has been investigated. Theeffect of radiation crosslinking PVC mixed with various multifunctional monomers andplassticizers has also been studied, the effect of the amount of various multifunctionlmonomers and plasticizers and of radiation dose, gel fraction, volume resistivity, allwere studied, and loss weight after thermal aging and mechanical property of crosslin-ked PVC was determined as well. The crosslinked PVC insulation materials propertiesrelated with various monomers and plasticizers have been measuped. The variety andamount of multifunctional monomers and plasticizers were evaluated and preliminarilythe various properties of PVC was discussed summarily.
