60Co-γ线照射后小鼠T、B淋巴细胞DNA合成、单链断裂、修复能力的比较研究
COMPARISON STUDY OF DNA SYNTHESIS, SINGLE STRAND BREAKS AND REPAIR IN T AND B LYMPHOCYTES AFTER 60Co GAMMA-RAYS IRRADIATION
【摘要】 本文采用滤膜法和碱洗脱法比较研究了γ线照射后T、B淋巴细胞DNA合成、ssb(单链断裂)及修复能力。B淋巴细胞DNA合成明显低于T淋巴细胞;虽两种细胞产生DNA ssb没有差别,但其修复能力,T淋巴细胞高于B淋巴细胞。说明在分子水平上,B淋巴细胞辐射敏感性高于T淋巴细胞;DNA ssb的修复能力与DNA合成可能存在一定的联系。
【Abstract】 The synthesis of DNA in T, B lymphocytes was investigated by thedetermination of ~3H-TdR incorporation after Gamma-irradiation. The DNA ssb (singlestrand breaks) and repair in lymphocytes were measured by alkaline elution. The DNAsynthesis in B lymphocytes was much lower than that in T lymphocytes. No signifigantdifference in DNA ssb was found between T and B lymphocytes, but a less efficientprocess of repair was observed in B lymphoeytes, So it was conceived that B lymphocy-tes were more sensitive to Gamma-irradiation than T lymphocytes and DNA synthesismight be related with the repair of DNA ssb.
