【摘要】 本文报道了高压液相色谱分离,荧光检测,以三氯甲烷为溶剂直接进样测定植物油中α-生育酚含量的方法。采用Zorbax SIL色谱柱,流动相为正己烷:二噁烷:乙醇=97.6:2:0.4。对几种食用植物油中α-生育酚的测定结果表明,变异系数为5.7—7.9％。更多还原

【Abstract】 The method for seperation and determination of α-tocopherol in plant oils by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) with fluorescence detection without pretreatment were discribed. The column is Zorbex SIL (φ4.6mm×25cm), flow phase is hexane:dioxane:ethanol absolute (97.6:2:0.4)。The determination results of several plant oil showed that RSDwere 5.7—7.9％.更多还原
