伏安法测定叶绿素铜-钠盐中微量铅
Determination of the MiCro Amounts of Lead in the Chlorophyl Cu-Na Salt by the Anodic Stripping Voltammetry
【摘要】 在酸性溶液中以抗坏血酸还原Cu(Ⅱ)为Cu(Ⅰ),以KCNS分离大量铜,在抗坏血酸-葡萄糖-柠檬酸铵底液中,采用阳极溶出伏安法分析了叶绿素铜-钠盐中的微量铅,Cu:pb高达9000:1时仍可进行铅的准确测定。
【Abstract】 An anodic stripping voltammetricmethod of micro amounts of lead in the chlorophyl Cu-Na salt is discribed, ascorhic add is used tore duce Cu (Ⅱ) to Cu (Ⅰ) and then KCNS is added to remove Cu (Ⅰ). ASV determination of the lead was proceeded in a solution containing 0.08M ammonium-citrate and 0.02M glucose. The lead may be determined accurate lyeven if the ratio of Cu to Pd reaches to 9000:1. This paper have investigated dry-and wet-digestion methods of the sample of chlorophyl Cu-Na salt. The results obtained are in agreement with the dithizone colorimetrie metho
