硼锰共渗层显微组织研究

【摘要】 本文介绍了国外渗锰、硼锰共渗研究现状.研究了46、T12钢在含有不同含量锰的硼锰共渗剂中渗后组织.试验表明,随着渗剂中锰含量增多渗层减薄,硬度降低.渗剂中锰含量过高时,渗层出现奥氏休.

【Abstract】 Researches on Boronizing and B-Mn Permeating in some foreign countries have been reviewed in this paper. Microstructures of 45 steel and T12 steel after B-Mn Permeation in different amount of manganese are studied here. It is shown from the experiments that as the Mn content in the penetrant increases, the permeation region is gettion thinner and thinner, and its hardness decreases too. when the amount of Mn in the penetrant is fairly high,austenite will exist in the permeation region.
