铅黄铜制管接头产生废品原因及解决办法的研究

【摘要】 本文对阜新某厂用铅黄铜(HPb59—1)制造气动附件管接头的工艺过程中,产生的大量废品进行了分析研究,并进行了现场实验.经分析表明,产生废品的主要原因是由于过烧和裂纹所造成的.裂纹的类型主要有两种:一种是沿晶开裂,另一种是穿晶开裂.解决的办法是准确控制工件的加热温度与开始模锻温度,且终锻温度不得低于650℃,以及随后进行去应力退火.

【Abstract】 It was investigated and studied in this paper why there are so many failures in the rabrication process of pipe jonts for ventilating appendages. Some in situ experiments were carried out. It was con-ncluded that the principal cause of failure is overburn and fracture during the forging. There are two main types of fracture observed here:one is intergranular fracture,the other is transgranular fracture. Solutions on these are:precise control of heating temperature and initial forging temperature, holding the finish forging temperature at or higher than 650℃, afterwaras a stress-relief annealing needed.
