用改进的因子分析光度法测定稀土元素的混合物

【摘要】 <正> 测定单一稀土元素是分析化学的难题之一,应用计算数学的方法是解决此问题的一种重要途径。本文应用改进的因子分析光度法同时测定二元或三元稀土混合物中单一稀土的分量,得到满意结果。实验部分 (一)仪器与试剂 1.仪器:UV-240型分光光度计,日本岛津仪器制作所。HKC-8800微型电子计算机,香港华科电子有限公司。 2.试剂:甲基百里酚蓝(MTB),分析纯,北京化工厂,配成1×10-3M水溶液。溴代十六烷基吡啶(CPB),分析纯,北京化工厂,配成5×10-3M水溶液。稀土标液:参考
【Abstract】 The modified TTFA(target transformation factor analysis)can be used to simultaneously determine the amounts of RE elements in the binary or ternary mixtures through a high sensitive photometry. It also demonstrates that more accurate results can be obtained by applying the simulated pure component absorption curves as the targets. Since the spectra of ER complexes are rather similar which is a very important aspect influencing the calculation accuracy, the correlation coefficients are used as a criterion to judge their similarity and to predict the possible RE mixture combination that can be correctly solved by the present method.
