氢化物发生-原子吸收半自动流动注射分析法测定环境样品中痕量砷

【摘要】 本文研究将半自动流动注射分析体系用于氢化物发生-原子吸收法测定环境样品中μg/L水平的砷。分析速度可达220样/小时。文中讨论了砷的价态及试样中共存离子对测定的影响。分析NBS标准参考物质取得了与推荐值比较一致的结果。

【Abstract】 A flow injection analysis(FIA)system with automated sample introduction was used for the determination of trace arsenic in soil and plant samples by hydride generation atomic absorption spectrometry(HGAAS). The detection limit was O. lμg/L characteristic concentration 0. 15μg/L and relative standard deviation 1. 5%(n=13)at a level of 6μg/L. The sampling frequency was 220h-1 while sample consumption was 400μL per injection. A good agreement with the certified value of SRM1568 Tice- powder standrd was achieved. Less interference was encountered when compared with the manual method and some continuous flow analysis systems. A serious interference from Fe3+ on As(Ⅱ) was observed and overcome by treating the sample with KI before determination. Serious interference from Se(Ⅳ) above 20μg/L was overcome dy introducing l0mg/L Cu2+ into the acib carrier solution.
