高灵敏显色体系的研究——Ga-邻氯苯基萤光酮-CTMAB 体系
A HIGHLY SENSITIVE COLOUR REACTION IN THE SYSTEM GALLIUM-o-CHLORO-PHENYLFLUORONE-CTMAB
【摘要】 本文提出了一种简单、灵敏和选择性好的痕量镓的分光光度法,研究了配合物形成过程中CTMAB的增敏作用。在CTMAB存在下,镓配合物在波长为585nm处呈最大吸收,且其摩尔吸光系数为1.57×105L·mol-1·cm-1,镓配合物的形成酸度从pH8.6到9.8,配合物中镓与邻氯苯基萤光酮的摩尔比为1:3。镓量在0.04-0.64PPm范围内遵从比尔定律,此法适用于矿石样品痕量镓的测定。
【Abstract】 A simple sensitive and selective method for the spectrophotometric determination of trace Ga has been developed. The sensitization action of CTMAB on the colour reaction and conditions of the complex formation are offered. In the presence of CTMAB the gallium complex exhibits maximum absorption at 505 nm with a molar absorptivity of 1. 57×105 L·mol-1·cm-1. The complex of Ga is formed from pH 8. 6 to 9. 8. The molar ratio of Ga to o-chlorophenyl-fluorone is 1: 3. Beer′s law is obeyed in the range of 0. 04—0. 64 ppm of Ga. This method is applicable to the determination of Ga in rocks.
