化学修饰硅胶预富集—石墨炉原子吸收法测定水中痕量汞
DETERMINATION OF TRACE MERCURY IN WATER BY CHEMICALLY MODIFIED SILICA GEL PRECONCENTRATION AND ELECTROTHERMAL ATOMIC ABSORPTION SPECTROMETRY
【摘要】 本文提出了用化学修饰硅胶预富集-石墨炉原子吸收法测定水中痕量汞的方法,讨论了二硫氨基甲酸修饰硅胶的制作和方法的测试条件。该法操作简便、快速、灵敏。100ml水样经预富集后,最低检出限为0.l0ng/ml,其相对标准偏差为4.1%。对四种不同水样的测定,回收率在96.5-107.5%之间。
【Abstract】 The preparation of chemically modified silica gel with dithiocarbamate and the experimental conditions are discussed. This method is simple, rapid and sensitive. The detection limit is 0. 10 ng/ml, when 100 ml of sample solution is taken and the relative standard deviation is 4. 1%. Four water samples are analyzed and the recoveries in the range of 96. 5—107. 5%.
