混酸体系中31种金属离子的浮选行为
ION FLOTATION BEHAVIOUR OF THIRTY ONE METAL IONS IN HCl-HNO3
【摘要】 在总浓度为0.17~3.4N的HCl-HNO3(〔HCl〕:〔HNO3〕=2.4:1)体系中,以(18~60)×10-5M的CPC为捕集剂,对(2.755~28.69)×10-5M的31种金属离子进行了浮选,表明Ir(Ⅳ)、Pt(Ⅳ)、Ge(Ⅳ)、Sn(Ⅳ)、Bi(Ⅲ)、Au(Ⅲ)、T1(Ⅱ)、Pd(Ⅱ)、Sn(Ⅱ)可浮选95%以上,而Cr(Ⅵ)、Ti (Ⅳ)、Zr(Ⅳ)、Ga(Ⅲ)、In(Ⅲ)、Fe(Ⅲ)、Sb(Ⅲ)、Al(Ⅲ)、Mn(Ⅱ)、Fe(Ⅱ)、Co(Ⅱ)、Ni(Ⅱ)、Cu(Ⅱ)、Zn(Ⅱ)、Cd(Ⅱ)、Pb(Ⅱ)浮选率低于20%或几乎不浮选,Ru(Ⅱ)、Rh(Ⅱ)、Ir(Ⅱ)、Hg(Ⅱ)、Ag(Ⅰ)、TI(Ⅰ)部分被浮选。与HCl体系的浮选结果进行了比较,发现贵金属的浮选率和选择性在HCl-HNO3体系中更好。进行了Au(Ⅲ)、Pt(Ⅳ)、Pd(Ⅱ)与Zn(Ⅱ)、Cd(Ⅱ)、Hg(Ⅱ)、Sb (Ⅲ)的分离试验,结果令人满意。
【Abstract】 Ion flotation of 31 metallic ions was investigated in a mixture solution of HCl and HNO3 with cationic surfactant cetylpyridinium chloride. A portion of 25 ml of solution containing(2. 755-28. 69)×10-5M of metallic ions and(18-60)×10-5M of cetylpyridinium chloride in 0. 17-3. 4M of mixed acid(〔HCl〕:〔HNO3〕=2. 4: 1)was floated in a cell of 4. 0 cm(diameter)×22. 5 cm for 5 min with nitrogeu bubbles. Ir(Ⅳ), Pt(Ⅳ), Ge(Ⅳ), Sn(Ⅳ), Bi(Ⅲ), Au(Ⅲ), Tl(Ⅲ), Pd(Ⅱ)and Sn(Ⅱ)were separately floated from their solution in 95%—100% yield, and Ru(Ⅲ), Rh(Ⅱ), Ir(Ⅲ), Hg(Ⅱ), Ag(Ⅰ)and Tl(Ⅰ)were partly floated. However, Cr(Ⅵ), Ti(Ⅳ), Zr(Ⅳ), Ga(Ⅲ), In(Ⅲ), Fe(Ⅲ), Sb(Ⅲ), Al(Ⅲ), Mn(Ⅱ), Fe(Ⅱ), Co(Ⅱ), Ni(Ⅱ), Cu(Ⅱ), Zn(Ⅱ), Cd(Ⅱ), and Pb(Ⅱ) were floated below 20% yield, or almost not floated. As are compared two flotation systems, it was found that the selectivity for removal of noble metals is better in mixed acid than in hydrochloric acid.
