脉冲空心阴极灯作为氢化物发生非色散原子荧光法的光源的研究
APPLICATION OF PULSED HOLLOW-CATHODE LAMP IN HYDRIDE GENERATION NON-DISPERSIVE ATOMIC FLUORESCENCE SPECTROMETRY
【摘要】 本文研究了脉冲空心阴极灯作为氢化物发生-非色散原子荧光法的光源的可能性。在微机所选择的最佳条件下,脉冲空心阴极灯可以激发出砷、锑、铋及其他氢化物元素的强烈原子荧光,所测得的检出限可以与无电极放电灯的数据相媲美。对砷、锑、铋、汞、硒、碲其检出限分别为2×10-10,2×10-10,4×10-10,3×10-11,4×10-11以及5.10-11g/ml。脉冲空心阴极灯操作方便,容易调制。由于各种氢化物元素测定时的最佳火焰高度近于一致,所提出的技术特别适用于多元素测定。方法曾用于GSD系列地球化学标样中砷、锑、铋、汞的测定,分析结果与推荐值甚为吻合。
【Abstract】 The use of the titled method was investigated. The results show that with suitably selected conditions the pulsed hollow-cathode lamp(PHCL)can excite strong atomic fluorescence of As, Se, Te and other hydride-forming elements. In spite of the fact that the radiant intensity of electrodeless discharge lamp(EDL)are stronger than that of PHCL, the detection limits obtained by both lamps are comparable. The reason is that the noise is lower in the operation of the PHCL. Because the operation and modulation of PHCL are simpler than that of EDL and the optimum heights of the Ar-H2 flame are approximately the same for the determination of the hydride forming elements, the proposed technique seems to be promising in multi-element analysis. The method has been successfully used in the determination of As, Sb, Bi and Hg in Chinese geochemical standard materials(GSD series). The results are in good agreement with the certified values.
