萃取动力学分析法的研究和应用 V 催化法测定痕量铜

【摘要】 本文研究了在酸性条件下,用二苯硫腙(H2D2)的四氯化碳溶液萃取Cu(Ⅱ)时,2,2’-联吡啶(dipy)活化Cu(Ⅱ)催化H2D2氧化褪色反应的机理;测定反应前后有机相H2D2的吸光度(620nm)的改变,建立了测定痕量铜的新方法检出限为10-9g/ml,测定范围为1.25×-910-1.0×10-7g/ml.可应用于水样、高纯试剂中痕量铜的测定,方法可靠,结果令人满意.

【Abstract】 On the condition of acidity, the paper studies, when catalytic Cu2+ is extracted by H2D2-Cel4 solution, the mechanism of H2D2 redox fade reaction of dipy activation Cu2+ and catalysisH2D2, determines the changes of H2D2 adsorption value ( 620nm ) ,proposes a new sensitive method for determination of trace amount copper? and detects the limits of 10-9g·ml-11.0×10-7 g·ml-1 It can be used to determine trace amount copper in water and high pure agent and available. The results are satisfactory.
