【摘要】 本文对福州市鼓楼区、台江区1983～1984两年内发现的85例先天畸形儿进行致畸危险因素病例对照调查。结果发现,先天畸形与患儿母亲妊娠前后患病、用药及化学暴露史有明显的联系,与父亲化学暴露史、父母双方物理暴露因素、吸烟、饮酒、家族慢性病史及近亲婚配无明显的联系。上述发现的危险因素值得今后深入研究,并可提供优生学保健指导参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 The case-control stydy of 85 pairs of infantile malformations were carried out at Gu Lou and Tai Jiang district in Fuzhou city,during 1983-1984 period, the result showed that the infantile congenital malformation was significantly associated with the mother suffering from diseases or taking medicineand exposed to chemical factors before,after or during pregnancy;but not associated with the father exposed to chemical factors, the parents history of being exposed to physical factors,smoking,drinking,family chronic diseases or marriage of near relation.更多还原
