【摘要】 环硫雄醇为抗乳腺癌药物,具有明显抗雌激素作用。为探讨该药对生殖功能的影响,本研究系用雌性小鼠进行环硫雄醇的抗着床及抗早孕实验;同时,将该药用于雌性大白鼠,测定其对子宫孕激素活性与血清孕激素水平的影响。结果表明:该药对雌性小鼠有明显的抗着床作用,但无明显抗早孕作用;对大白鼠子宫孕激素活性可能有增进作用,而对血清孕激素水平有下降的影响。更多还原

【Abstract】 Epitiostanol, reported as a kind of anti-tumor drugs in mouse breast carcinoma, has a significant anti-estrogen, effect The purpose of the present study was to detect whether the epitio stanol could effect the fertility of mice. The experiments of anti-implantation and early pregnancy termination were made in female mice by giving epitiostanol, and female rats were used for studying the activity of progestrone in uteri and determining the level of progestrone in serum. The results showed that the epitiostanol had a significant action of anti-implantation but no effect of early pregnancy termination on female mice, in rats it might increase the activity of progestrone in uteri and possibly reduce the level of progestrone in serum.更多还原
