628株大肠杆菌Col质粒的检测及其实际应用的探讨

【摘要】 628株大肠杆菌Col质粒检测结果阳性率为20.79%,源自新生儿的Col~+菌株较少出现R质粒。从全敏感菌株中筛选出9株带有不同Col质粒的大肠杆菌,测定其对15株受检的指示菌(肠道菌)的抗菌作用,结果上述Col质粒的抗菌谱既可用于自身鉴别又可用于肠道菌的分类,将它们同带有ColE1、ColE2及ColIb的3株E.Colik—12及2株Col~+菌对100株致病菌(多耐痢菌62株,ETEC33株)进行抗菌作用测定,结果14株Col质粒携带菌抗菌谱不一致,以B128、B246及P416的抗菌率最高。
【Abstract】 The positive frequencies of Col plasmids from 628 wild strains of E. coli are20.79%. The frequencies of R plasmids, disovered in Col~+ strains isolated from new-born babies, are lower. 9 strains of E.Coli, carrying several different Col plasmids, are selected from the drug-sensitive strains. The anti-bacteria effects of these 9 strains on 15 strains of indicative bacteria (enterobacteria) have been detected. The results suggest that the antibacteria patterns of these Col plasmids may be used to classify enterobacteria as well as Col plasmids. This will be further studied. The anti-bacteria effects of 14 Col~+ strains, including these 9 strains, 3 strains of E.coli K-12 possessing ColE1,ColE2 or ColIb respectively, and 2 strains of bacteria kept in our laboratory, on 100 pathogenic strains have been detected. The results show that 14 strains carrying Col plasmids have different anti-bacteria patterns, in whieh the frequencies of B128,B246 and P413 are the highest. It is worth while further carrying out the experiments on the prevention and cure of diseases of animals.
