【摘要】 本文提出了用一种固定光栏来制作径向密度可变的中性衰减片的新方法,并试镀了透过率呈径向线性变化的中性衰减片,得到了较好的结果。该法机械装置简单、监控方便、重复性好、渐变规律多样。本文详细地介绍了该法的原理,分析了该法的误差因素和实验结果,并对这一方法的适用性作了展望。更多还原

【Abstract】 In this paper a new method for producing radial variable density filters (VDF’s) is proposed, in which a fixed diaphram with a certain shape of aperture is employed to make filters with given radial variations in transmission. The method has advantages in mechanics simplicity, monitoring convenience and high reproducibility. Experiments have been made of producing the filter with linear variation in transmission so as to verify the reliability and feaxibility of the method.
