溅射式PIG源的研制
Product of Sputtering PIG Ion Source
【摘要】 本文介绍一种将冷阴极发射式PIG气体放电源改装成溅射式PIG源以获得多种固体元素离子的方法。对改装后的离子源的放电参数进行测量与讨论,并对离子源所产生的束流性能进行测量。
【Abstract】 In this paper, we introduce a method to obtain variable solid ions by replacementing PIG gas-discharge ion source into sputtering ion source, Also we measure and discuss the discharge parameters of the source, and measure the beam properties producted by the source.
