微硼镓处理的Mn-Si-Cr热轧双相钢研究
A RESEARCH INTO THE Mn-Si-Cr AS-ROLLED DUAL-PHASE STEEL TREATED WITH TRACE B AND Ga
【摘要】 本文系统地研究了以微硼镓处理的热轧双相钢的合金化问题。获得了一种以Mn-Si-Cr为基础的含有微量硼镓的新型热轧双相钢。这种钢成本低于Cr-Mo系热轧双相钢,但热轧工艺性不低于Cr-Mo系,CCT图与Cr-Mo系相似。
【Abstract】 In this paper, the alloying of the as-rolled dual-phase steel treated with trace B and Ga is discussed. On the basis of Mn-Si-Cr alloy system, a new type as-rolled dual-phase steel containing trace B and Ga is developed, with a lower production cost equally high technological property, and similar CCT curve compared with that of the Cr-Mo system as-rolled dual-phase steel.
