正常和白血病小鼠白细胞中5’-核苷酸酶的性质
5’-NUCLEOTIDASE ACTIVITIES IN LEUCOCYTES FROM NORMAL AND LEUKEMIA MICE
【摘要】 正常小鼠615和可移植性白血病小鼠L7712脾脏及腹水白细胞中5′-核苷酸酶性质的初步研究表明,正常小鼠白细胞中该酶含量较高;L7712小鼠的三尖杉酯碱或阿霉素抗性株的脾脏白细胞中5′-核苷酸酶活性高于敏感株,但在腹水白细胞中二者无明显差别;小鼠白细胞中5′-核苷酸酶作用于CMP的活性大于作用于AMP,这两种活性不能通过层析分开;根据体外实验,三尖杉酯碱对5′-核苷酸酶的活性无直接影响,L7712小鼠白细胞中有一种影响该酶活性的耐热因子。
【Abstract】 In this paper, the activities of nucleotidase in the leucocytes of spleen andascites from normal mice 615 and transplantable leukemia mice L7712 had beencompared, and the effect of harringtonin and adriamycin on the 5′-nucleotidase wastested in vitro. The results showed that the activities of 5′-nucleotidase in spleenleucocytes from normal mice were higher than that of the leukemia mice, and muchhigher than that of the ascites leucocytes; and the activities of 5′-nucleotidase inspleen leucocytes from harringtonin-resistant L7712 mice were higher than that ofharringtonin-susceptible L7712 mice, but did not show any difference from theascites leucocytes. It was also shown that harringtonin and adriamycin were unlikelyto act on these enzymes directly.
