小鼠脾脏和SRS淋巴瘤体外培养细胞株的电泳行为

【摘要】 本文比较了SRS淋巴瘤体外培养细胞株及其宿主小鼠脾脏细胞的电泳行为。两种细胞都具有快、慢两个电泳主峰。经抗θ血清处理和尼龙柱过滤的结果表明,快峰为T细胞,慢峰为B细胞。SRS淋巴瘤细胞体外培养株,主要是T,B混合细胞型,其中B细胞约占60%~70%,T细胞约占30%~40%。

【Abstract】 The electrophoretic behaviour of normal mouse spleen cells and SRS tumor cellscultured in vitro, was studied. Two electrophoretic peaks, the slow and the fast, weredetected in both cells. Using anti-θ serum and nylon wool column it was shown thatthe slow peak belonged to the B-cells and the fast peak belonged to T-cells. Theconclusion was that the cultured SRS tumor cell line was a mixed population of B andT cells, having a ratio about B:T=2:1.
