【Abstract】 The electrophoretic behaviour of normal mouse spleen cells and SRS tumor cellscultured in vitro, was studied. Two electrophoretic peaks, the slow and the fast, weredetected in both cells. Using anti-θ serum and nylon wool column it was shown thatthe slow peak belonged to the B-cells and the fast peak belonged to T-cells. Theconclusion was that the cultured SRS tumor cell line was a mixed population of B andT cells, having a ratio about B:T=2:1.更多还原
