【摘要】 本文观察了19只成熟雌性福建恒河猴的卵巢组织。实验猴采用上海计划生育研究所与上海橡胶制品所研制的甲地孕酮硅橡胶阴道避孕环(下称甲硅环),分为高剂量、低剂量和对照组。观察结果表明,高剂量组的甲硅环对卵泡的生长、发育具有明显的抑制作用;低剂量组的抑制轻微,并见有黄体,结果提示:剂量适当的甲硅环,可能是一种既不抑制排卵又可影响受孕的有效避孕方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 In this paper the influence of Siliastic vaginal ring impregnated with megestrol acetate onthe ovarian tissue of nineteen sexually mature female Fujian Rhesus monkeys were reported.The experimental monkeys were divided into three groups: high-dose group. low-dose groupand control group. Both the electron and light microscopic observations showed that the growthand development of ovarian folliles were inhibited markedly in the high-dose group. The folli-cular maturation was only slighly inhibited and corpora luteum were observed in the low-dosegroup. The result of this study indicates that siliastic vaginal ring containning suitable dose ofmegestrol acetate might be an effective method of contraception.更多还原
