前列腺素E2和F对家兔结合珠蛋白水平的影响

【摘要】 将前列腺素(PG)E2和F2a分别注入家兔静脉后,发现家兔体内血清结合珠蛋白(Hp)水平显著增高。PGE2和F2a的注射剂量与血清Hp水平的增加值呈正相关。在低注射剂量(25ug/kg)时,PGE2对血清Hp水平的作用强于PGF2a;但随着注射剂量的增加,PGF2a的作用则显著大于PGE2。这表明血清Hp的合成与PG的作用密切有关。此外,还观察了两例HpO型家兔。尽管对它们也注射了PGE2和PGF2a,但不能在血清中检出Hp,表明PG不能诱导HpO型家兔产生Hp。

【Abstract】 It was shown that serum Hp content was significantly raised after prosta-glandin (PG) E2 and F2α were injected intravenously into rabbit respectively. There is a positive correlation between injected doses of PGE2 and F2α, and the elevated concentration of serum Hp has been demonstrated. It was found that the effect of PGE2 on the level of Hp seems to be different from that of PGF2α. At low dosage (25μg/kg), effect of PGE2 on serum Hp level was stronger than that of PG2α, but with the increase of injected dose, PGF2α was obviously greater than PGE2. The point of intersection between them is at 50μg/kg.In addition, it was also observed that serum Hp could not be detected in two rabbits with type HpO, although they were given an injection of PGE2 and PGF2α. Then, we came to a conclusion that PGE2 and PGF2α cannot induce the synthesis of Hp in HpO of rabbit. The result seems to provide an indirect evidence for our recent hypothesis that Hp% Hp1,and Hp2 may be not at the same locus.
