大尺寸GbBa2Cu3O7-δ单晶的超导电性
SUPERCONDUCTIVITY IN GdBa2Cu3O7-δ SINGLE CRYSTAL WITH LARGE SIZE
【摘要】 本文报道,以Gd完全取代Y采用熔盐法,生长出了最大尺寸为7×3×2mm3的一系列单晶体。结构分析表明,它们均属正交结构的1-2-3相单晶,空间群为Pmmm,其中未经热处理样品的晶胞参数为α=3.88A,b=3.82A,c=11.68A。测得其超导临界温度为72K。经热处理后样品的超导电性得到显著改善,Tc=82K。
【Abstract】 In this paper, a series of single crystal sampals with maxmum size 7×3×2 mm3 have been prepared with the fluxed method by substituting Gd for Y in full. The result of structure analysis shows that they are orthorhombic 1-2-3 phase single crystals with space group pmmm The lattice parameters of the samples without any treatment are a=3.88A, b=3.82A,c=11.68A Their superconductivity has been discussed. It has been much improved after being annealed in O2.
