高Tc超导体YBa2Cu3O9-δ的远红外反射光谱
FAR-INFRARED REFLECTION SPECTRA OF HIGH-Tc SUPERCONDUCTOR YBa2Cu3O9-δ
【摘要】 测量了高Tc超导体YBa2Cu3O9-δ(Tc=90K)的远红外反射光谱,温度变化范围为4.2—200K。在30—360cm-1光谱区间内出现了六个结构:S1,S2,N1,N2,N3和N4。S1和S2仅在超导态中出现,而其他四个结构在超导态和正常态中都存在。我们将s1和S2与超导能隙联系起来,认为Ni(i=(1—4))是材料的横光学声子反射带
【Abstract】 The far-infrared reflection spectra of high-Tc superconductor YBa2Cu3O9-δ(Tc= 90K) have been measured in the temperature range 4.2-200K. We have observed six distinct structures, S1, S2, N1, N2, N3, and N4, in the frequency range 30-360cm-1 S1 and S2 appear only in the superconducting state while the other four exist in both superconducting and normal state. According to their temperature effect, we believe that S1 and S2 are associated with the superconducting energy gap and the structures N1 to N4 are the TO phonon relflection bands.
