近化学配比A15 Nb3Si的高压合成
HIGH PRESSURE SYNTHESES OF NEAR STOICHIOMETRIC A15 Nb3Si
【摘要】 根据金属-类金属二元系非晶合金高压变态的一般规律,作者利用多相分解过程,在较低压力下,合成出最高超导临界温度T-c为19.1K 的A15 Nb3Si,由晶格参数值估计,其成分接近化学配比。
【Abstract】 On the basis of the regular patterns of the structural transitions or the metal-metalloid amorphous alloys under high pressure, the A15 Nb3Si with highest superconducting transition temperature of 19.1 K has been synthesized under lower pressure by the phases decomposition processes. It was estimated that the compositions of A15 phase are near stoichiometric from their lattice parameters. ;
