一种新型的多值I_c(H)特性
A NEW TYPE OF MULTIVALUED I_c-H CHARACTERISTIC
【摘要】 在横向磁场中,测量了原始淬火态的金属玻璃Zr78Co22的超导临界电流与磁场的关系。当T≤Tc时,首次观察到一种新型的多值Ic(H)特性,即对应于一给定的横向磁场值,可以存在多个超导临界电流值,在H(Ic)曲线上呈现磁场峰。基于微结构和结晶相的分析,提出超导相分离模型,定性地解释了实验结果。
【Abstract】 The Ic(H) characteristic of the as quenched metallic glass Zr78Co22 has been measured under transverse fields. At T≤TC, a new type of multivalued Ic(H) characteristics was observed for the first time. Based on the analysis of the microstructure and crystalline phases of the samples, a model of superconducting phase separation has been proposed and the experimental phenomena observed have been explained qualitatively.
