【Abstract】 This paper reports the use of the BASIC program to calculate the field strength and ho-mogenity of the solenoid superconducting magnet, giving the geometrical size of, and the wire needed for, the inner magnet in the composite magnet system for the requirements of different field homogeneity. The fabrication technology and some measurements of the inner magnet made of the multifilamentary Nb3Sn composite conductor are given in the example. They are applicable for the fabrication of the NbsSn superconducting magnet.更多还原
