Ba-Y-Cu-O体系的超微粉末法合成及其超导电性
PREPARATION OF ULTRA-FINE POWDER OF Ba-Y-Cu-O SYSTEM AND ITS SUPERCONDUCTIVITY
【摘要】 本文报道用化学法合成Ba-Y-Cu-O体系超微粉末。将Ba(NO3)2、Cu(NO3)2·3H2O和Y(NO3)3溶液按一定配比混合后.用KOH使之沉淀为氢氧化物。再在低温下让其连续反应生成复合氧化物。由X射线衍射和电镜分析结果表明,所得复合氧化物粒度约为100A。将其制成超导体,获得了Tc(ρ=0)=90.5K。与陶瓷法相比,用超微粉末法制备超导体具有装备简单,操作方便,产量大、速度快等优点,是一种可能有前途的方法。
【Abstract】 The paper introduces the research work on preparing the ultra-fine powder of Ba-Y-Cu-O system and its superconductivity. The ultra-fine powder Ba-Y-Cu-O is obtained by putting the aqueous solutions of Ba(NO3)3, Cu(NO3)2 3H2O and Y(NO3)3 into reaction at Ph > 14. That is, 2.2415g of Ba(NO3)2 is mixed with 7.7488g of Cu(NO3)2 3H2O and 1.8284g of Y2O3 (dissoved in 1:1 HNO3). KOH solution is added to give PH > 14. The reaction time is 24hr at 70癈. The precipitation is washed several times, then filtered and dried at 100癈. X-ray analysis and electron diffraction and TEM shows that the powder is very fine particles whose size is about 100 A. Made into a superconductor, it has Tc(onset) = 150K, Tc(min) = 93K, Tc(p= 0) =90.5K, and it has higher melting point and greater strength than that made by ceramic method.
