【Abstract】 The geological study and petroleum prospecting of the East Sea have gone through three stages:1. The explanation of the tectonic division of the East Sea and its evolution using the comprehensive interpretation of geophysical (gravimetric, magnetic and seismic) investigations.2. The compilation of the Cenozoic structural map of the East Sea continental shelf basin. 3. On these bases, more detailed seismic survey and seismo-stratigraphic study wereconducted which has defined many locations for surveying wells, several of which have shown commercial flows of oil and gas.Moreover, the well Lingfeng-1 suggests a new subject for the searching of oil and gas.更多还原
