【Abstract】 In our study, according to heat clastic contact theory, preliminaryanalysis is made for heat stress of the shell body of thydrogenolysisreactor with double tier cylinder. We obtained the distributive lawof stresses for inside cylinder, outside cylinder, spherical head andflange, and distributive curve of contact stresses between the insidecylinder and outside cylinder.
