深井泵柱塞与泵筒配合间隙工艺的分析

【摘要】 本文对我国现行部颁标准中按间隙大小对有衬套深井泵分级的原则进行分析。并对无衬套较大径深井泵的间隙与使用性能、漏失量、摩擦磨损及制造性能的关系进行研究。从而提出按配合间隙的等泵效原则,同配合性能原则及制造工艺可行性原则进行深井泵的分型建议。

【Abstract】 In the present paper, the grading rules, which is about the deep-wellbush pump, of the current standard promulgated by the ministry of petroleumof our country are analyzed according to their clear - ance.The relationship between the no bush deep - well pump clearance, whosediameter is big, and operational performance, leakage, friction-al wearand manufacturing performance is studied.And the deep-well pump is suggested to be typical according to theprincipal of equal efficiency and equal fit and practicability prin-cipalof manufacturing engineering.
