缺铁性贫血再生障碍性贫血及急性白血病患者血浆及红细胞内铁、铜、锌变化的研究
A STUDY ON THE CONTENTS OF FERRUM,COPPER,AND ZINC IN THE PLASMA AND RED BLOOD CELLS IN IRON DEFICIENCY ANEMIA,APLASTIC ANEMIA AND ACUTE LEUKEMIA.
【摘要】 本文采用国产 WXY-402型原子吸收分光光度计对88例正常人及50例缺铁性贫血(IDA)、20例再生障碍性贫血(AA)患者的血浆铁、铜、锌含量的变化进行了研究。结果表明 IDA 患者除血浆及红细胞的铁含量均明显降低外,部分患者铜也有显著降低,而 AA 患者血浆及红细胞内铁均明显增高,血浆铜也明显增高而红细胞内铜含量则有减少,锌含量轻度增加。急性白血病患者未缓解期血清铜显著增高,而锌降低,Cu/Zn 比明显增高,随病情缓解逐渐恢复到正常,复发时再度增高,显示出与病情之问有明显相关性。
【Abstract】 The contents of ferrum,copper and zinc in the plasma andred blood cells of 50 normal adults and 50 patients with IDA,20 patientswith AA and 17 patients with AL were measured by AAS.The resultsshowed that the contents of ferrum in both plasma and red blood cellsof IDA patiehts were markedly decreased in comparison with the normalcontrols.The plasma copper were also markedly decreased in some IDA patients.Otherwise,the contents of ferrum both in plasma andred blood cells were significantly increased.The plasma copper alsomarkedly increased but red blood cells copper decreased.The value ofzinc in AA patients only slightly increased.When patients with acuteleukemia,their plasma copper were markedly higher and plasma zincwere markedly lower than that in normal.The Cu/Zn ratio also signi-ficantly elevated.The ratio was gradually recovering during the leuke-mia remission but it increased again when the disease relapsed.Thesignificant correlation between the Cu/Zn ratio and clinical state wasrevealed.
