【摘要】 本文将进展期、稳定期、消退期银屑病90例和正常人50例作为研究对象。应用我教研室常规ANAE染色法对末梢血淋巴细胞进行染色。算出各例T细胞百分率,T细胞内ANAE颗粒数和颗粒体积的均值。并用作者改订的Tγ、Tnon-γ细胞判定标准分别算出其百分率。结果T细胞数明显下降,并有依消退、稳定和进展期的顺序逐渐下降的倾向。T细胞颗粒体积较对照组明显减少,同时亦显示按消退、稳定和进展期之序逐渐减少。Tnon-γ细胞亦明显减少。作者认为银屑病的T细胞数和颗粒体积的变化可能提示T细胞活性,并且可能做为银屑病的分期、疗效和预后的判定指标,尤其是我们设计的颗粒体积意义可能更大。更多还原

【Abstract】 The authors used ANAE (acid α-naphthyl acetate esterase) staining in the study of T-cells in peripherial blood of 90 patients, including 30 of progressive stage, 30 of quiescent stage, and 30 of recovery stage, with 50 normal persons as controls.Using the routine ANAE staining method, the percentages of T-cells in 100 lymphocytes were counted. The average values of ANAE granules of T-cell and size (volume) of granules were calculated. The percentages of Tγ and Tnon-γ cells, which were determined by the critera we deviced, were calculated.The cell counts and size of granules of T-cells were markedly varied with recorvery, quiescent, and progressive stages, and a tendency towards gradual decrease was showed. At the same time, Tnon-γ cells were also markedly decreased.The authors consider that alteration of volume of granules and cell counts might show the activity of T-cells, and could be used as an objective criterion for the stage of disease, treatment, and prognosis of psoriasis. The critera of volume of granules we deviced may have important significance.更多还原
