盐度碱度pH值和硫铵对小三毛金藻生长的影响
Effects of salinity, alkalinity, pH and ammonium sulphate on growth of Prymnesium parvum Carter
【摘要】 用f/2改良培养液Ⅰ分离出小三毛金藻大连品系。细胞大小为7~15.8微米×63—9.5微米(长×宽),长鞭毛8.4—13.7微米,附鞭2.1—3.7微米。藻体可以在盐度为0.45—32.25‰的培养液中存活,11.78—161‰时生长最好,30毫克当量/升以上的碱度对小三毛金藻有毒害作用。500—1000ppm的硫铵可使培养物细胞在5小时内全部解体。但是在温度为22.7℃,pH值7.94,硫铵浓度为5—25ppm的培养液中生长良好。
【Abstract】 The Dalian strain of Prymnesium has been isolated in modified f/2-1 medium. The cell dimensions are 7.4- 15.8×6.3-9.5μm. The flagella are 8.4-13.7μm. The Haptonema are 2.1-3.7μm. The organisms survive at salinities between 0.45 and 32.25‰. Cultures sho wed best growth at salinities between 11.78 and 16.17‰. Alkalinities above 30me/L are toxic to Prymnesium. All orgnisms died in medium with ammonium sulphate 500-1000 pptn in 5 hours. The cultures develop well in medium with ammonium sulpahate 5-25 ppm in condition where the pH value is 7.94, the temperature is 22.7℃.
